S+ ARCHITECTURE / Founding Partner, Professor

Murat Soygenis, FAIA, an internationally recognized architect and professor, is a founding partner at S+ ARCHITECTURE. He received his architectural education in Istanbul, Turkey (B.Arch., PhD, ITU) and in Buffalo New York, USA (M.Arch., University at Buffalo). He has served as the Dean of School of Architecture at YTU. Soygenis has given numerous lectures to share his views on architecture and urbanism in various countries, received architectural firm awards, participated in exhibitions and served as a jury member in international architectural prizes and competitions. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects (FAIA), member of the Chamber of Architects in Istanbul (UIA),and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
