Li Sheng

Asia Design Week / Founder and CEO

Founder and CEO of Asia Design Week. Postgraduate supervisor at Beijing Forestry University and Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Li Sheng has directed and curated numerous international design and art projects, including the Asian Vanguard Art and Design Award (AVADA), the International Poster Exhibition of Asian Urban Culture, the ASEAN–China Design Convergence, the International Conference on Clothing Heritage and Digital Fashion, and the Digital Art Exhibition at the National Art Gallery of Malaysia. He serves as the Executive Editor-in-Chief of the international journal Design and Art Studies. Li Sheng has been invited to serve as a jury member for several prestigious design competitions, including the A’ Design Award (Italy), the European Product Design Award, the International Design Awards (USA), the GoldeReed Industrial Design Award, and the Lilac Creative Design Award. He has been invited for speeches and interviews by CCTV.com, Xinhua News Agency, and the China Building Expo, among others. Li Sheng has published more than 20 academic papers, including over 10 indexed by CSSCI, SCI, SSCI, EI, and Scopus.
