East Liberty Street is the Savannah, Georgia historic district home of Paula Wallace, Founder and President of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). Like many historic district buildings, the home -- historically known as "Casey House" -- was dilapidated when President Wallace found it. She purchased and restored the home and handled all interior design, working with her husband, Glenn, a Senior Vice President at SCAD. Both Paula and Glenn Wallace are interior designers in addition to their all-consuming SCAD roles. They live at East Liberty Street with their children. This project was a labor of love.
