Entry Description

The development is a world-class university campus in Dongguan, where state-of-the-art R&D facilities will be provided to attract talents from across the world and drive innovation for the entire city. Comprising large-scale research and teaching facilities, multifunctional spaces, residential areas and amenities for students and researchers, the design is to create a green campus with an emphasis on openness, collaboration and productivity. Inspired by the natural attributes of the site, a central courtyard is envisioned as the heart of the campus to foster interaction and exchange.

Bio

10 Design is an international architecture and master planning practice with offices in Hong Kong, Edinburgh, Dubai, Miami*, London*, Shenzhen, Singapore, and San Francisco*. The practice works in 60 cities across Asia, Middle East, Europe, and Americas. 10 Design works at diverse scales, from the design of individual buildings to the planning of cities. It focuses on bringing innovative design solutions for multicultural projects, with economic and social integrity.

*San Francisco-based hospitality expert SB Architects has joined 10 Design (part of Egis Group) in July 2022.
