IDA 2024 NOW OPEN -- Early Bird Deadline May 30, 2024
Homelessness is a tragedy that has stricken my immediate family. When you know someone personally that is going through such an experience it makes you realize that there are a lot more factors that contribute to their situation than you might initially realize. This project hopes to inform readers about the realities of what is going on around the United States and to let people learn about real stories. It shows a contrast of views, the pain of judgments, and the potential that is waiting to be discovered. Ultimately, my hope is that empathy will replace common assumptions.
