Entry Description

Signs symbolizing auspiciousness and perfection exist since the ancient times of China, and for this residential space planning project, gourd is used as the spatial symbol to interpret the implied blessed meanings of happiness, perfection and wealth. The space adopted the axial symmetric form development, planning the spatial functions starting from the axis, with the front half as the public space and the rear half as the private area. Direct and indirect illuminations are fused for the lighting design to accomplish the smooth and gentle effect.
