The redevelopment of Abbot Mill, a 19th century textile mill complex has taken an abandoned industrial property and resurrected it into a beautiful, safe residential community listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The project consists of 130 apartments in a combination of lofts, flats, town-homes and common spaces including a multi-story sky lit atrium, in 12 buildings totaling over 200,000 SF.
