CQ Roll Call desired efficiency in their new office. Staff utilization data of the previous space showed that only 180 of 235 people were ever in the office at one time. A flexible hoteling solution was put in place for migratory workers, reducing their space by ~2,000 SF.
Our team created an environment for collaboration despite a floorplate disjointed by a large atrium. We established aesthetic and functional “neighborhood anchors:” collaborative spaces that draw staff in with textural carpets, open ceilings, and thoughtful graphic “photo frames,” showcasing CQ’s award-winning photography.
