Renovation of 11,000 Sq Ft cubicle-filled, 2nd floor of Fairpoint Building in Burlington, VT. Job was to transform space into hip, inviting, current, motivational co-working space for entrepreneurs and Startups.
working with steel and concrete commercial building was challenging, but we were able to add sliding metal and glass walls, reclaimed wood walls, mid-century modern light fixtures and furniture as well as custom furniture. According to clients and users: "awesome", "best design i've seen in Burlington", and from Senator Leahy, "i've gotta admit...this is pretty cool!".
