Entry Description

This project is a quality-enhancement micro-renovation of the Hengbei Service Area, located along the Xinghua Expressway in Meizhou, Guangdong Province. Occupying a site of 129.7 mu, the total building area has been expanded from 2,889 ㎡ to 5,450.6 ㎡. Strategically positioned as a gateway from Meizhou to the Pearl River Delta, the Hengbei Service Area functions as a Class II dual-side facility. However, over time, its limited scale, outdated functional zoning, inefficient circulation, and generic aesthetic have struggled to meet the evolving “Service Area+” expectations.
