Entry Description

The 250,000-sf TMC³ Collaborative Building is the dynamic anchor of Houston’s new Helix Park life sciences complex. Designed as an incubator where scientific researchers and commercial partners seamlessly interact, the building removes silos among medical institutions and industry tenants with wall-free multi-institutional labs, flexible and transparent workspaces, gathering zones to spur daily interaction, and a public atrium. A LEED Gold-certified model of innovation and sustainability, the building meets the needs of today’s life sciences industry while anticipating future research trends.
