The 8-9-storey building have got a spectacular facade, which consists of three parts: the first is with glass semicolumns, the second is made of natural stone with upward undulating sculpture of the balconies, and the third is glossy white, with cantilevered terraces, unique to the centre of Moscow. The facades will be formed by large-format slabs, made of natural stone, and decorative elements of glass. The graceful, dynamic spans of the terraces protrude 4 meters. The full-length stained glass windows in the lobby open onto a private courtyard garden during the warmer months.
