Park’s latest project revives a 1940s industrial site in Milan, transforming it into student housing for 700+ residents. Balancing heritage and innovation, the design preserves the original facade while adding bold contemporary volumes. At its core, a courtyard blends study and leisure, while interiors feature warm materials and vibrant colors. Shared spaces include a cinema, music rooms, and a rooftop basketball court, promoting community and connection across all areas.
