Tai Fu Plaza & Wings

We are honored to design “TaiFu Plaza” mall in central Changzhou, on a 3681 sqm site. This Taifu Group renovation adjoins their building amid historic structures. Streamlined paths revive spaces, adding youthful vitality to boost commercial potential and the city center. The entrance sculpture blends geometry and sleek forms, giving the mall wings.
It merges old/new Taifu buildings, history/modernity, aligning with government old-district revival goals as the area’s first project.
The 6-level project has an L1 outdoor plaza/street, L2-L6 rooftop plazas, with 6180 sqm indoor area.

Devoted to interior design, the founders, Luigi Fong and Wing Leung, are multidisciplinary specialists, providing all-inclusive design service from initial space planning, concept and design development through to project supervision, well-rounded also in styling, branding, and product design. With comprehensive insights, The Studio creates bespoke designs with authenticity and aestheticism according to clients’ requirement, without the compensation of feasibility and practicality.
