Two-Asia Institute project transforms a temporary pavilion into a vibrant cultural landmark. Our design strategy confronts ephemerality, preserving the core steel structure while integrating recyclable, modular systems. We curate an immersive narrative for the ‘Spring City Gift’ competition, seamlessly weaving exhibition space with social courtyards to spark dialogue and connection. The project provides a blueprint for adaptive reuse, balancing immediate function with enduring public good, and demonstrating how forward-thinking design acts as a catalyst for community activation.
