It has always adhered to the principle of prioritizing protection and rational utilization, respecting and treating industrial heritage in the city with the respect and care due to an elder, and promoting the fosters the synergistic advancement of industrial heritage protection and utilization alongside urban functional enhancement and innovative industrial development. The name is set as "Soulmate 1953", symbolizing weaving a better life and amplifying the pow
