Entry Description

This project tasked us with finding a brand to redesign. The basis of this project was to find their brand story. My company, Eagle Nest Outfitters, is a hammock company known for their colorful and lightweight hammocks. The Pinholster brothers launched their venture in 1999 with a ramshackle minivan full of hammocks inspired by parachute material. They sold out of this van by day and slept in it by night. They traveled across Florida and the southeastern U.S., selling hammocks at music festivals and community events. Introduced a "hammock counter-culture" focused on portability and adventure.
