Located in Grant Park in Atlanta, GA, Nicholas House is a nonprofit providing shelter and services to families experiencing homelessness. As it shifts toward more long-term housing, more space is needed to support the central mission of fostering self-sufficiency. In collaboration with a real client, this addition and renovation proposes a practical solution that complies with local zoning restrictions. The design blends seamlessly into the neighborhood while offering a variety of quality spaces for residents and staff.
