Entry Description

This renovation project adheres to the modern business concept of "commerce" + "shopping park" to reshape the commercial complex from three dimensions: subsurface, surface and in the air. Among them, the sunken center breaks through the traditional closed commercial model and increases the green coverage rate to 1.8 times via vertical greening system. The most iconic canopy adopts a combination of ETFE single-layer film and aluminum plates. Through parametric wind environment simulation optimization, it effectively guides natural air flow and reduces the heat radiation load in summer.
