Entry Description

Located only 200 meters away from the main venue of the Chengdu International Horticultural Exposition, the apartment is an important supporting project of the expo. The design fully echoes the landform features of shallow hilly terrain, and shapes an overall spatial form that is staggered and undulating. The ground open floor and stepped terraces create a three-dimensional wind field system from bottom to top, reducing the energy consumption of mechanical ventilation. The main unit types under 70 square meters precisely match the demands of new urban residents and young people.
