Pixy Liao: Between Us

Photographer Pixy Liao (Shanghai, 1979) playfully reimagines love and relationships with humor, intimacy, and wit. Together with her partner Moro, she forms the heart of Experimental Relationship, a long-term project where she takes control and subverts traditional roles. In close collaboration with the curator and photographer, Dana Dijkgraaf created a colorful exhibition, with custom wallpapers and bright colors that perfectly fit the photographs, creating a intimate and joyful dreamworld. The exhibition uses a colorful title and playful, easy-to-read typography.

Dana Dijkgraaf is a Graphic Designer working since 2014 in her own studio in Arnhem in the Nederlands. She works with a lot of fun in the field of culture, art and nature. She works for small companies, museums and non profit organizations. Her signatures consists of her use of color, clear forms and ideas, and her conceptual approach and love for serendipity.
