Inspired by the amber tones of a fine bottle of whisky, the new Sullivans Cove Distillery feels like an intimate living room where a top-shelf dram can be shared amongst friends. The luxe cellar door and retail point is tucked away in a spartan industrial area, surprising and delighting guests as they step into its interior, which overlooks a working distillery. A warm, minimal palette allows the product to be the main focus, bottles displayed like precious artifacts in glass cabinets; while natural fibres such as timber veneer, leather and linens evoke the ruggedness of the Tassie landscape.
