Entry Description

The design is inspired by the city's singular blend of natural and urban ecologies, referencing three distinct landscapes uncovered from a vintage map of Thailand: Urban, Jungle, and River. Each of these geographical typologies shapes the spaces and programming within the hotel: the main dining room and bar are inspired by the tiered roofs and gold hues of vernacular Thai architecture, while the lounge and rooftop bar feature a darker, more jewel-toned palette and floral motifs reminiscent of a dense rainforest.
