Entry Description

This project transforms a 40-year-old duplex near Ren'ai Road into a corporate office, using light as both narrative and structure. Exposed beams retain their raw texture, softened by mirrors and lighting. A spiral staircase anchors the space, guiding light and connecting functions. Curved screens, hidden storage, and material contrasts replace rigid walls, supporting flexible use. A black-gray-white palette with matte metal and mineral textures creates a calm rhythm. Eco-friendly materials, LED lighting, and natural ventilation enhance sustainability and energy efficiency.
