This workshop explored construction logic through the design and building of a pavilion by S-AR, adjacent to CEDIM. Students began with two weeks of material and volumetric studies using scaled models and 1:1 prototypes. These informed the five-week construction phase, where students collaborated on-site with builders. The pavilion features a modular frame-and-board system, with a tower divided by a mezzanine: a dark, enclosed base and an open-air lookout above. The project invites reflection through its textures, light, and spatial transitions.
