This project converted a two-bedroom residential unit into a skin clinic and laser hair removal center with four spaces: a laser room, skin and beauty treatment room, botox injection room, and the doctor’s office. To reduce costs, the existing kitchen, toilet, and two rooms were kept. However, the waiting room, secretary area, two laser rooms, and skin treatment room required dividing the living room. Non-perpendicular walls led to curved forms. The waiting area was oval-shaped to fit corners, with unused spaces filled with plants, reflecting the client’s preferences.
