Entry Description

O-NES Tower, Thai Obayashi’s new Bangkok HQ, embodies its "sustainable society" philosophy. Relocating to dynamic Nana, the project aimed to maintain corporate identity while making a sustainable city contribution.

Developed by a single entity, 50% of its land is public green space, linked to mass transit for sustainable mobility and community value. Key innovations include Thailand's first high-rise "Hybrid structure system" (steel/concrete), enhancing flexibility and speed.
