Entry Description

With the theme of “Urban Oasis,” we have created green gardens and residences that stand out amid the hustle and bustle of the city. The low-rise buildings house commercial facilities and parking lots, while the two high-rise towers include condominiums under Tokyu Land Corporation's ‘BRANZ’ brand and serviced apartments under the “Swissôtel Living” brand, operated by France's Accor Group.
Aiming to blend Japanese and Indonesian elements, we have carefully balanced the “delicacy and generosity” seen in the vertical latticework used throughout the design.
