The project establishes a grey tone favored by the lady owner and her second son, who often stays home. It incorporates a blue-orange color scheme enhanced by soft lighting. Various harmonious building materials, including iron, lacquer, stone, and wood, are selected to cater to each user's preferences. The entire project incorporates durable and easy-to-maintain materials, such as ceramic flooring with textured finishes, Silestone, and dark-schemed wood, allowing older residents to care for the environment easily.
