Tao Hua Du is a boutique restaurant and tea house designed as a hidden utopia, revealed through a dramatic journey from shadow to light. Located within a high-end mall, it unfolds like a secret museum. The lighting design creates a magical ambiance using minimal, warm fixtures to emphasize architectural textures and contrasts. Subtle uplighting along the narrow entrance highlights stone surfaces, while embedded and recessed lighting accentuates key decorative elements and spatial gestures. Carefully placed downlights and custom chandeliers gently illuminate dishes and displays.
