Craft of Both, in partnership with MADE, presents the ‘Moon Series’; a modular seating design inspired by the Chinese Paper Fan. The series features two forms: the ‘Moon Chair’ (60°) and the ‘Moon Bench’ (120°). Their radial geometry produces a framework that encourages a meditative 'fan dance' with customisable modules added along the structure. This flexibility allows for constant redefinition of each piece's form and footprint. Combining multiple Moon Chairs or Benches creates a sculptural landscape, where the arrangement of fans influences orientation, privacy, comfort, and aesthetics.
