Off Sync, The album explores the concept of impermanence, a core belief in Buddhism and a value deeply embedded in Japanese culture. Each track reflects a different facet of Buddhist thought and human values. The music, lyrics, and conceptual layers work together to evoke emotion and introspection, enriched further by the presence of one of today’s most transformative technologies: Artificial Intelligence.

Hi, I'm Alaya Lee, a visual designer, book creator, and musician based in both Chicago and Taichung. My creative work centers around exploring character relationships, identity, musical notation, and artistic structure. With a multidisciplinary background, I approach visual storytelling from a unique perspective, using design as a tool for thoughtful problem-solving. I'm particularly drawn to communicating complex narratives in simple, intuitive ways—and, just as often, revealing the depth within seemingly simple ideas.
