Located on Lima’s coast, the project redefines marina design by integrating eco-conscious practices, aiming to reduce ocean pollution, restore marine ecosystems, and promote sustainability. It also features a public conservation center that raises marine awareness through exhibits, research, and education, encouraging sustainable practices. This project demonstrates how luxury, recreation, and environmental responsibility can coexist.
