Entry Description

Oceans are a guardian for biodiversity, but often disregarded with litter.
Post redevelopment of a popular promenade, PrayaEdge brings back a public space by the water empowered with the aim to inspire change. It is a next generation landscape design, combining a public space, a library and an exhibition venue under an environmental theme. Defamiliarised visitor experience - imagine strolling alongside rubbish at the water edge and seeing waste displays - is designed as a siren call for change, and the tour through self-sustaining green energy and water systems suggests possible solutions.
