Unlike most high-ceiling villas that present an image of luxury, this project attempts to connect with nature, incorporating art and craftsmanship. It aims to balance luxury and daily living, trying to find a different perspective on luxury.
The second floor is designed as an extension of the first floor living area, creating a semi-open space through the use of mezzanines and varying floor heights. Vertical relationships are defined by glass boxes, with Marco Spatti’s Levante chandelier linking the upper and lower levels, maximizing the advantages of the multi-layered space.
