This residential project reimagines traditional Japanese architectural elements in a modern context, creating a compact yet versatile living space that honors Japanese aesthetics and design principles. With limited space in an urban setting, this design introduces classic features such as doma (earthen floor entryways), shakkei (borrowed scenery), tiered levels, tatami mats, and sliding doors, bringing a distinct sense of Japanese beauty and harmony into the daily life of its residents.
