CLUB ON THE ROCK is a resident-dedicated clubhouse, located in KENNEDY 38 which is a brand-new residential project in Kennedy Town on Hong Kong Island. The starting point of this project is to create a meaningful space that fulfills the needs of the residents and optimizes their space, enhance a co-living space for family and friends that inspires and encourage quality time and relaxation. The clubhouse is split into different zones with diverse facilities integrating work, life and leisure facilities, makes places usable to everyone, which is the simple principle of inclusive design.
