IDA 2025 IS NOW OPEN FOR SUBMISSIONS!
Paveletskaya Plaza is a project informed by history and context. Situated at the main entrance of the historic Paveletsky Railway Station located along Moscow’s Garden Ring Road, the project functions as part forecourt, part urban park, and part retail center. Designed by 5+design with SWA/Balsley, Paveletskaya Plaza codifies the historic and modern to establish a new, unified civic destination within the city of Moscow. The new design reestablishes the lost connection between the historic station and the ring road.
