In order to design the the amenities and common areas of a forty-five-story residential tower with 450 apartments for rent, targeted to a young, international, high-level profile, Juskani Alonso Studio proposed an innovative concept: Hiper Local. From it the studio created the indispensable balance point between local references and global dynamics, the super communicated life and the personal space. The fast pace and the pauses were emphasized with the light. The needed turn into grounding and natural because of the technology dependence was addressed through the material selection.

JA Estudio is a design studio that works to represent different cultural heritages using design as a tool to face the global panorama, while combining techniques, materials and different scales.The studio, specialized on the fields of Product, Furniture, and Interiors, is based in Mexico City. Since 2013, the Studio works on each project to combine knowledge, stories and experiences from all the people involved in the process.
