Entry Description

Being an industrial worker is a demanding job which might impact workers’ physical and mental health, but collecting these data is currently very difficult. OPERATOR is a personal kit to assess wellbeing at work designed with and for industrial shopfloor operators. The design used inclusive design principles and sought to give workers visibility over their own health at work. Different devices assess environmental risk, ergonomic risk and self-perceived wellbeing. Through a mobile application, each worker using the kit can privately see their own data collected by these devices.
