Entry Description

The project is a public light art located in Yifeng, the hometown of Tao Yuanming. The work utilizes projections, lasers, and a fog system to light up the Chongwen Tower, an iconic ancient building in the area.
The work breaks through the original architectural structure and reshapes the tower with a poetic visual language, allowing viewers to re-live the historical vein. Without destroying any of the ancient structures, "Return to Yifeng" meets the nighttime cultural tourism needs of different festivals and brings new opportunities for local economic development and cultural heritage.
