The rehabilitated Rich’s Department Store concept is rooted in a distinctive business model that draws inspiration from European precedents and integrates the quality of timelessness as an additional source of value. The space tells a unique story of Rich’s past and looks toward its future, aiming to revitalize a community and an economy. Adhering to the ‘Luxury for Revitalization’ framework, the concept and design revolve around history, location, meta-luxury, authenticity, identity, space, and aesthetics holistically, recognizing the interconnectedness of these pillars.
