Equipped with sensors for detection of glass, paper, plastic, metal, and wet materials, it opens its lid and provides on-screen feedback when the user correctly selects appropriate bin. If a wrong selection is made, the bin remains closed, and the sensor turns red.The energy required for this trash bin is supplied and stored by a solar panel above it, it emphasizes environmental awareness, especially among children, by teaching the importance of waste separation and its positive impact on the environment.
