Shifting Perspective is a headquarters designed for Warby Parker to create a space for their employees to feel comfortable in their work environment. Inspired by the brand's love for literature and how their beginning stemmed from an idea that turned the vision world on its head. Shifting Perspective gives the Warby Parker employees more independence to choose their work environment and motivates them to think unconventionally.
