Reconfigured the layout & transforms a 55 year old 1650 sq.ft apartment into a timeless home. As per the client’s wish, additional powder room & two en-suites were created.
Glass partition was used to seclude foyer & to add privacy from the lift lobby. The low ceiling foyer wrapped wall to ceiling in wood conceals the beam & storage also accentuates the height of living area.
The entrance of the study has been widened so it does not obstruct the flow from the living room. It could be closed off by sliding doors if extra privacy is needed or it could equally function well as a guest room.
