This down to earth sneaker was inspired by the Los Angeles-based editing collective started by the designer’s older sister, Leah. Chameleon House specializes in subtle, natural retouching in the editorial and commercial photo realms. The natural landscapes that surround the city also played into the shoe’s design and color palette. This pair started as a tech pack and was realized by master pattern makers through the university’s sneaker program. O’Connor drew the silhouette, hand selected the materials, and designed custom logos to fit her sister’s brand and personal style.
