Entry Description

We focus on adjacent land and site boundaries in terms of ownership, and aim to utilize the blank spaces created on limited sites. To this end, (1) we will create an integrated place through a common space made up of paths and shared trees; (2) establish easements and ownership rights to ensure the sustainability of the shared space; (3) design the common space and planning integrally with greenery, which changes its appearance throughout the seasons, into daily life. As a result, we proposed a small town block for a new and flexible way of living.
