Turtle Bay Community Center

It's a LEED Platinum Certified project that is located in the heart of the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. The aim of the project is to create a community center for the residents where they can find everything that they need within a short distance. The project hosts a variety of amenities that provide health and wellness as well a place to connect and facilitate community learning in sustainable design settings. FBS was inspired by the surrounding environment of Umluj which is sea, sand, and rocks. So local materials were used and we managed to create interiors using color scheme of these elements.

FBS is an Award-winning Interior Design studio based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Founded by Eng. Sara Batterjee in 2006 as a small Interior studio called Focal Design. Later the business expanded and became Focal Buildings Solutions - FBS in 2012. It provides commercial design projects from concept to execution and furnishing. FBS recently opened a studio in Riyadh, the capital city, with a total of 40 employees in both Jeddah and Riyadh. Today, FBS Works with a broad of clients, expanding into new markets whilst handling the entire process from design to the final finish.
