Iconisus is the culmination of years of experience and talent of its two partners, Emrah N. Yucel and Stephan D. Lapp, who founded the company in September 2000.

Emrah and Stephan have brought nearly 35 years of combined experience in advertising and graphic design. Together they formed a company composed of a highly talented team of designers and have worked on some of the most prestigious and high profile campaigns in the advertising field.

With a client list that includes such impressive corporations as Sony Pictures Television International, HBO (Home Box Office), Twentieth Century Fox, Universal, Miramax, Columbia Pictures, Warner Brothers, FX Network, The Weinstein Company, as well as Gerrity Morgan Stanley International, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), Lionsgate and Showtime, are among many others.

Iconisus is highly acclaimed for its success in providing problem-solving solutions to advertising and marketing initiatives. Some of the recent titles include; The Golden Compass, Rescue Dawn, Cold Mountain, Frida, Kill Bill, Kill Bill 2, Fantastic Four and the Silver Surfer, Sopranos, Kingdom of Heaven, The Hours, Nip/Tuck, Damages, Becoming Jane and The Incredible Hulk.

Iconisus has won many distinguished awards including two Key-Art Awards −the highest honor in the motion picture advertising industry− one for the film Frida in 2003 and another for The Hollywood Film Festival in 2002, as well as five additional nominations. Iconisus has also won the prestigious Sunset Billboard Award for HBO?s Oz in 2005, the Webby Award −the top design award for a website− for, and the Promox BDA Award for their work on FX's Nip/Tuck campaign in 2008. In addition, The Los Angeles Times published a three-page article, presenting Iconisus' achievements in cultural and promotional services. Iconisus has appeared in the Hollywood Reporter as well as in the Playbill Magazine.

In 2008, Iconisus was featured in Graphis Designers USA No. 2 Art Book. Iconisus was one of the 50 design firms that were selected to showcase their work in this prestigious publication. The book provides graphic design professionals and their wide spectrum of clients the opportunity to examine the work of some of the most innovative graphic design work in the world.
