The Walt Disney Museum of animation is a celebration of Walt Disney’s contribution to the evolution of animation, taking visitors through a journey from simple hand-drawn storytelling to complex 3d animation.

The main concept is to reflect the timeline of the history of animation by creating galleries and theatres that wrap around an open atrium, allowing visitors to descend through the space that encompasses Walt Disney’s life and work. Each suspended theatre and gallery showcases his technological evolution to create the cultural cornerstone that Disney has been for the past 7 decades.
